Job Description

An engineering company located in Lancaster PA is seeking a Mechanical Construction Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have HVAC and Plumbing construction design and project management experience. Responsibilities will include supporting construction projects shop drawing reviews RFI replies field observations and inspections mechanical commissioning constructability reviews and assisting Project Engineers with HVAC and Plumbing design as needed. Job Requirements: Mechanical construction knowledge and background is required; Familiarity with HVAC and Plumbing systems is required; Familiarity with building automation and system balancing; Commissioning experience is desired; Past Mechanical design experience is preferred; Engineering degree is preferred but not required; Knowledge of building codes ASHRAE Standards Healthcare design codes and industry standards is required.
