2) Beyond software we partner with organizations through ourGenAI Academy - offering our async masterclasses and in certain cases our custom workshops and hands-on support to align AI use with real-world workflows in selected departments.
3) Once those transformations produce measurable results we showcase them at theGenAI Summit - EMEAs largest gathering for generative AI. What started as a stage for wiserwork use cases has become the go-to event in Europe for OpenAI NVIDIA Google and companies leading the next chapter of AI.
Youll join the largest conference focused on GenAI in Europe taking place in November 2025 in Athens and will have the chance to work with a dynamic team where active listening intellectual humility and data-driven decisions are core values.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing

Responsibilities
1. Marketing
- Plan and execute all marketing initiatives across digital channels.
- Review content and ads produced by external partners to ensure alignment with the Summits goals and brand identity.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance in terms of reach lead generation and conversion
2. Website Management & Digital Setup
- Manage ongoing updates and improvements to the GenAI Summit website in collaboration with the internal design team.
- Implement content and structural changes that dont require redesign and brief designers for new assets when needed.
- Develop and maintain digital forms and tools that support event operations and participant engagement
- Set up and manage analytics infrastructure (e.g. GA4 LinkedIn Insight Tag Meta Pixel) to enable performance tracking and retargeting.
3. Ticketing
- Manage the ticketing system in collaboration with the ticketing provider and Accounting team.
Create and manage promo codes for sponsors; ensure alignment between ticketing tools and marketing materials and manage user access needs.
4. Sponsors and Speakers Coordination
- Support the sponsorship sales process by providing input on package design value communication and execution feasibility.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align sponsor visibility and speaking opportunities with the overall event agenda and production plan.
- Manage ongoing communication with sponsors and speakers to ensure timely delivery of bios presentations and other session materials.
5. Call for Volunteers & Training
- Launch and manage the call for volunteers to support various event functions including registration logistics and speaker assistance.
- Screen select and assign volunteers to appropriate roles based on their interests and skill sets.
- Design and deliver training sessions or materials to ensure volunteers are well-prepared and aligned with the Summits values and operations.
6. Production & Event Coordination
- Serve as the central point of coordination during the event and the preparation day.
- Oversee all on-site production logistics including floorplans booth configurations and operational needs across main stages breakout areas and sponsor zones.
- Collaborate with event production partners to specify and secure technical equipment (e.g. cameras microphones) for all sessions and areas.
7. Post-Event & Community Engagement
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback from participants sponsors and partners to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare summary reports with key outcomes learnings and performance metrics.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with attendees sponsors and speakers to nurture a long-term community around the Summit.
Note:While the responsibilities listed span multiple areas we dont expect one person to cover everything all alone. What matters most is your ability to lead prioritize and coordinate cross-functional efforts. Youll work with team members already contributing to each area ensuring alignment and progress across the board.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management Business Development or Marketing ideally in tech innovation or B2B events.
- Proven experience coordinating multi-stakeholder events or programs including logistics vendor relations and content planning.
- High attention to detail and ability to anticipate operational needs before they arise.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced ambiguous environments where priorities evolve.
- Ability to collaborate across teams delegate tasks effectively and guide internal and external contributors toward a shared goal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- Strong interest in Generative AI innovation and the future of work.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and content management systems
- Experience recruiting training or managing volunteers or junior team members is a plus.
- Confident in public-facing and high-stakes communications especially when coordinating with high-level professionals.
