CNC Programmer (2 Month Contract)

On-site/Hybrid in Witney Oxfordshire

I am supporting a leading engineering organisation in their search for a i skilled CNC Programmer to join their growing team.

The client is a leader in precision machined tooling for the motorsport automotive and aerospace sectors.

Overview

As a CNC Programmer youll be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs operating 5-axis CMS machines interpreting technical drawings and CAD data and ensuring the highest standards of precision in composite tooling and pattern work.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and optimising CNC programs
  • Interpreting technical drawings and CAD data
  • Ensuring the highest standards of precision in composite tooling and pattern work

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CNC programming machining and milling
  • CATIA V5 experience preferred
  • Strong technical drawing interpretation skills
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM technologies
  • Background in motorsport automotive or aerospace is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset

Day-to-Day

As a CNC Programmer you will work 40 hours a week with flexible working hours between 7am and 7pm. Night shift is also an option.
