Job Description:
The Analytics Lead (12-18 months) will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data trend analysis data correlation to support category management. You will play a key role in storytelling through data transforming complex data sets into actionable insights that align with business goals.
How will you create impact
- Data Trend Analysis: Lead the analysis of large datasets to identify trends patterns and outliers that impact business performance. Apply mathematical and statistical methods to understand and forecast trends.
- Data Correlation: Conduct deep correlational analyses to uncover relationships between various data points ensuring insights are data-driven and evidence-based.
- Category Management: Use data to drive category strategies optimizing plans through data analysis of external and internal data sources to maximize profitability.
- Storytelling Through Data: Translate complex data into clear compelling narratives that inform and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Create visualizations and reports that effectively communicate key insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions are embedded across the organization.
- Strategic Insights: Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth optimize operations and improve customer experiences.
What are your skills and experience
- CPG category management experience preferably within food and/or consumables
- Demonstrated expertise in consumer and category analysis
- Effective time management prioritization and organizational skills.
- Possess strong financial acumen (understanding of P&L drivers)
