Location: Leipzig International Kindergarten Karl-Heine-Strae 95 Leipzig Germany
Our Leipzig International Kindergarten opened in June 2014 provides over 270 children aged 1 to 6 with a full-day early education programme. We are fortunate to be working in an attractive purpose-built facility that hosts a wide range of indoor classrooms and play spaces as well as a spacious landscaped outdoor learning environment
We are seeking a part-time Sign Out Assistant to join our dynamic Kindergarten Team from 01 August 2025.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Security overviews for our sign out procedure from 3 to 6 pm
- Ensure that parents sign out their children
- Ensure that pick up permission is up to date for the person picking up the child
- Check IDs if necessary
- Engaging and interacting with the children and parents as a positive adult role model while they leave/ greet and say good bye to children and parents
Your profile
- English language proficiency
- Communication skills
- The ability to quickly and calmly assess situations process information and act accordingly
