Responsibilities - Review service tickets for software requirements and defect reports in JIRA or ServiceNow
- Communicate with customers to clarify requirement
- Route services to Business Analyst or Developers for further analysis
- Dispose tickets in the system
- Prepare reports
- Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) receive and review all Non-Break/Fix ServiceNow tickets determine the best response for customer inquiries and ensure all inquiries are tracked and responded to accordingly.
- CRMs are also responsible for facilitating the IMAG review/recommendation and directing the new requests through existing defined processes (ex. Product evaluations and/or organization Governance
Qualifications - Bachelors degree or five (5) years of experience in the field is require
- Must have experience with software development and support
- Must have experience with ticketing system such as JIRA ServiceNow
The following certifications and skillset are preferred: Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) v3 or higher Project Leadership Certificate Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate
