JOB SUMMARY:
Mid-Ohio Food Collective (MOFC) is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide our Partner Agencies with excellent customer service while assisting with food order processing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Certifications: High School Diploma/GED required. Food Safety Certification (provided by MOFC).
Experience: At least one year of experience in customer service or other position working with external customers required. Some experience in a social service setting preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of database operations.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask. Candidates should represent MOFC with professionalism when interacting with clients volunteers community members and staff.
JOB CONDITIONS:
Normal office environment.
