Job Description
Cascade Medical in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains is looking for a full-time Rural Health Clinic/Family Medicine Clinic (Clinic) Manager.
Job Summary: The Rural Health Clinic/Family Medicine Clinic (Clinic) Manager is responsible for managing the daily and administrative functions in an ambulatory setting. This position leads and facilitates the provision of excellent safe evidence-based efficient patient and family centered care in the Clinic by working effectively and collaboratively with other patient care teams and providers at Cascade Medical. Assists in establishing and obtaining quality improvement measures under the Sr. Director of the RHC and the Director of Quality. The Clinic Manager facilitates communication coordination and collaboration among Cascade Medical departments to improve high quality care. Supports and models the shared values of Cascade Medical and translates those effectively to caregivers.
Work Schedule: Schedule is anticipated to five 8-hour shifts per week.
