The Clinical Lead provides leadership mentoring and technical support to the Clinical team to ensure quality of patient care. The Clinical Lead at the direction of the Physician rep and Office Manager creates and implement workflows clinical protocols training compliance and development of the clinical team. The position requires clear concise and consistent communication with the Office Manager about all things Clinical.

- Monday- Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm with rotating late night 6:30pm. Rotating Saturdays 8am - 12:30pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages patient and team expectations and works closely with Manager to identify needs. Acts as a backup when Manager is out of the office.
- Works closely with Manager to implement patient and team expectations.
- Develop effective working relationship with Office Manager COPC physicians and staff.
- Assists in training/orienting new and current staff. Acts as a resource to a clinical personnel and assists with complex issues.
- Responsible for daily schedule of work assignments and operations. May cover teams work responsibilities to ensure work is completed.
- Manages storage inventory and coordinates with Manager to order supplies and medication.
- Maintains strictest confidentiality and is HIPPA compliant.
- Records patients medical social and family history. Measures patient vital signs (blood pressure weight height). Administer pediatric immunizations. Completing injections and EKGs for patients.
- Acts as Site Safety and Health Officer for Practice.
- Vaccine Management and training.
- Other duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- Previous experience in a Lead role preferred.
- Previous pediatric experience required.
- Minimum 2 years LPN or RN experience required
Education Licensures & Certification
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as an LPN or RN and current license in the State of Ohio.
