Job Description
Bob Brown Autos Used Vehicle Reconditioning Center is searching for one entry to mid-level Service Advisor to join the team at our Merle Hay location. Qualified applicants must have some automotive knowledge or experience be very organized able to operate windows based programs and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with General Motors CDK and the Automotive Industry are a plus but not required. Enjoy better working hours no retail sales and no warranty processing! Monday through Friday!!!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Opening and closing work orders on Used Vehicles
Providing complete estimates of needed repairs to the Used Car Managers
Working closely with the Parts department Technicians and Management to improve cycle time
Coordinate work needed with various offsite vendors and dealerships
Oversee technicians to help maintain the highest level of quality
Assist with keeping the facility clean and smoothly operating
