- Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records.
- Reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process including EEO statistics.
- 1st level manager who provides support to a large BU.
- Provides leadership to a team of recruiters.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies procedures and standards.
