  • Sources recruits screens interviews and recommends candidates for all level jobs.
  • May utilize employment agencies.
  • Places employment ads in digital/print media marketing and branding.
  • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records.
  • Reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process including EEO statistics.
  • 1st level manager who provides support to a large BU.
  • Provides leadership to a team of recruiters.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies procedures and standards.
