Your Next Role: Deputy Patient Administration Lead
As Deputy Patient Administration Lead youll be the driving force behind the smooth and efficient running of our patient services. Supporting the Patient Administration Manager youll help manage the admin team ensure clinics and theatres (both NHS and private) are fully utilised and deliver an exceptional patient experience across all touchpoints.
This is a dynamic hands-on role where youll have the opportunity to lead coach and inspire a team while also playing a key part in shaping our continued growth and service excellence.
What Youll Do
What Were Looking For
Were after someone whos not only organised and efficient but also passionate about people and service. Ideally youll bring:
Experience in administrative roles (supervisory level preferred)
A background in healthcare (desirable not essential)
Confident use of Office 365 and tech systems (training provided)
Great communication skills both written and verbal
A team player mentality with a proactive solution-focused approach
Ability to manage competing priorities with calm and clarity
An understanding of CQC standards (advantageous)
