Job Description
Kappa Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of a multi-award-winning design and construct firm specialising in high-quality commercial interiors. With a strong pipeline of workplace fitout projects and a well-established client base this studio is seeking a MidSenior Interior Designer with strong D&C experience to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for a designer whos confident across all project stagesfrom concept through to constructionand wants to be part of a creative fast-moving environment where good design is paired with efficient delivery.
The Role
Work across concept design development documentation and delivery
Liaise with internal project managers and construction teams
Produce detailed documentation using Revit
Present to clients and manage relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure alignment with project timelines budgets and compliance codes
What Youll Need
5 years experience in commercial workplace interiors
Experience in a MidSenior Interior Design role within a D&C setting
Strong proficiency in Revit
Solid understanding of industry codes and standards
Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
