Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard an Italian speaking Content Moderator to join their teams in Lisbon.


Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide a content regulation service for a social media platform
  • Ensure that the platforms content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the safety of all users
  • Review sensitive adervtisement content
  • Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review
  • Act according to social media policies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/Fluent in Italian (C2) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Fluent in English (B2)
  • Previous experience in content moderation will be considered as an advantage
  • Natural fast learner developing skills within a short period of time
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
  • Empathic
  • Motivated and with a positive attitude
  • Maintain high attention to detail
