Requirements
1. Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to
accelerate revenue growth focusing on sales optimization user acquisition and
engagement.
2. Market &Competitive Analysis: Stay updated of market trends competitor
landscape and industry data to identify growth opportunities and prioritise strategic
initiatives.
3. User Acquisition & Engagement: Spearhead efforts to attract and convert users
through targeted marketing campaigns personalised engagement strategies and
compelling value propositions.
4. Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data analytics to refine acquisition funnels
enhance user onboarding and reduce customer churn maximising lifetime value.
5. Performance Measurement: Establish monitor and analyse key performance
indicators (KPIs) related to revenue sales and subscriber acquisition. Use insights to
drive continuous improvement.

Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager Track and optimize lead generation funnels across all performance channels Set up and manage tracking tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Facebook Pixel Monitor and report on key campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages Collaborate with the creative team on ad copy and video content; openness to appear in video ads is a plus Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity 1 3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of performance marketing metrics and conversion funnels Experience using analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, and Facebook Pixel Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets in a performance-driven environment Prior experience in EdTech or D2C industries is a strong advantage Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
