Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our marketing department. This role will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks campaign coordination and internal communications. The ideal candidate is proactive reliable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team
Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and take minutes
Organize marketing documents reports and databases
Assist in scheduling tracking and reporting campaign performance
Support content preparation and distribution for internal and external use
Maintain calendars timelines and project tracking systems
Manage supply orders and vendor communications related to marketing projects
Liaise with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field
12 years of administrative or marketing support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
