Job Description
Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an experienced PortfolioManager to become part of Peratons Department of State (DoS) Diplomatic Security Cyber Mission (DSCM) program providing leading cyber and technology security experience to enable innovative effective and secure business processes.
Location: On-site between Arlington VA and Beltsville MD.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for leading and managing the portfolio of projects and programs for the CMO/CO organization.
- Establish and implement portfolio management practices that align with Agile best practices ensuring that new processes mature to meet the organizations needs.
- Work closely with the Agile Practitioner Scrum Masters Master Scheduler Product Owners and other stakeholders to identify prioritize and manage projects programs and initiatives that deliver value to the organization.
- Be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the status of the portfolio ensuring the delivery of projects on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Establish and implement portfolio management practices in alignmentwith Agile best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to identify prioritize and manage projects programs and initiatives.
- Ensure that the portfolio delivers value to the organization meets strategic objectives and aligns with organizational priorities.
- Monitor and report on the status of the portfolio ensuring the delivery of projects on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the portfolio and develop mitigation strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the portfolio management process ensuring that it is effective and efficient.
- Provide leadership and guidance to scrum masters and stakeholders on portfolio management practices and processes.
- Own the project intake process by working with requestors to on-boardprojects into the portfolio.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 12 years experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Possession of an active CISSP certification OR an active PMP and Agile certification in lieu of a CISSP certification.
- Experience having led and directed project team(s).
- Demonstrated experience in intelligence computer security or technical analysis with increasing responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in network security with a focus on cyber threat analysis and advanced network security analysis.
- Technical task management and supervisory experience.
- U.S. citizenship and an Active Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance.
