We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to be focused on a product vision and roadmap that drives sustainable revenue growth and helps drive initiatives critical to the integration of Experian and Illion.
These initiatives include accelerating the integration of the illion and Experian Open Banking assets reviewing and finalising any necessary compliance and regulatory requirements and accelerating market adoption. They will achieve this through development and delivery of leading open banking products to the market based on client discovery and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management for more complex/highly regulated products such as the Consumer Data Right agile methodologies a deep understanding of the credit and/or the financial services industry and a proven track record of working with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver leading and differentiated products that solve our clients most important problems.

- Strong strategic thinking analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an agile environment with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work cross functionally to influence priorities and drive outcomes.
- Deep understanding of commercial and retail credit risk management digital banking and the data industry. Experience with the Consumer Data Right in Australia is critical.

- Product Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the market needs and overall company objectives. Feed strategic market assessment and focus opportunities into the overall company strategic planning and integration goals.
- Market Analysis:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Agile Management:Ensure effective sprint planning backlog prioritization and iterative development including writing detailed user stories release planning and guiding your scrum team.
- Product Development:Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.
- Change Management: Proven ability to lead product-related change initiatives across cross-functional teams including the introduction of new features processes or technologies. Skilled in applying change management principles to ensure stakeholder alignment user adoption and minimal disruption during rollouts and iterative improvements.
- Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales marketing engineering and customer support and executive leadership to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Market Focus:Engage with industry and clients to gather feedback and insights ensuring our products meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Go-To-Market Strategy & Sales Support: As the product SME working with the product marketing sales presales teams to launch product
- Performance Metrics:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and continuous product improvement.
Qualifications :
More about you
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in product management.
- Degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field
- Practical experience with the Australian Consumer Data Right
