Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of plumbing equipment including water supply systems sewer pumps and drainage networks throughout the property.
- Install repair and maintain various plumbing fixtures and systems including sinks tubs toilets water heaters and conditioners.
- Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems including cleaning fat traps soil pipes and roof-level ventilation and rainwater outlets.
- Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements.
- Install supports and hangers for pipes fixtures and equipment ensuring proper positioning and functionality.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to execute preventive and annual maintenance programs.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing job duties and following departmental procedures.
- Report daily work progress and completed trouble reports to the Team Leader or foreman.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies maintenance
- Experience in a similar hospitality field
- Ability to speak clearly English
- Skills in the following categories: Plumbing Pipe fighting Water Heater Boilers Electrical (an advantage) General Maintenance
