We are on the lookout for a Technical Configuration Specialist to join our growing team!

Whats the job

As a key member of our technical support team youll play a hands-on role in setting up and configuring our CRM platform for new clients. This role combines technical execution with client-facing communication to ensure a smooth and successful start. Youll be responsible for translating customer needs into tailored CRM solutions that drive long-term value.

  • Build trust and create a positive experience for clients by connecting on one-on-one meetings via video call meetings or by phone to collect required information and data files for launching their experience.
  • Import and map client data with accuracy ensuring a clean and functional deployment.
  • Translate client business needs into practical CRM solutions using the platform and internal resources.
  • Take full ownership of customer setup and configuration issues from initiation to resolution.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients during onboarding and early adoption.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation for setup procedures and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot configuration problems and escalate issues to Tier 2 or Engineering teams when needed.
  • Participate in special technical configuration projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Sales Customer Success and Development.
  • Build a solid understanding of our CRM technology customer workflows and industry use cases.
  • Stay curious and open to learning new tools features and system updates.
Requirements

What are we looking for

  • 12 years of experience in technical support CRM administration or client onboarding.
  • An associate degree in computer science or equivalent hands-on experience in a technical field
  • Interest in helping people the real estate industry and technical configuration.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets data fields basic system logic and complex technical tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to explain technical steps clearly and confidently.
  • High attention to detail time management and ability to handle multiple client setups in parallel.
  • A self-starter who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership of outcomes.

Whats the work location

Youll be based out of our stunning light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenixa 17000-square-foot space designed for collaboration creativity and connection. During onboarding and training youll work in-office five days a week to build momentum meet your teammates and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met youll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per weekgiving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.
