KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide in-class support for students with diverse learning needs.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to identify students strengths challenges and individual learning preferences.
- Collaborate with coteachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that align with students goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to equity diversity and inclusion in education.
- Proficiency with instructional technology.
