Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice or related field or 5 years of experience in Security Services or related field including 2 years of leadership experience.

Current CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Certification (Annual Requirement)
Current Safety Care Certification if required at location (Annual Requirement)
Current Completion of NCI Autism Training
Current Completion of Seattle Childrens Safe Firearms Training
Completion of Car Seat Safety Training
International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) Basic Certification
International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) Advanced Certification
International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) Supervisory Certification
Certificate of Completion for ICS-100 FEMA Emergency Management Institute- Introduction to the Incident Command System
Certificate of Completion for IS-37.23 Managerial Safety and Health FEMA Emergency Management Institute
Score of 80% or above on Seattle Childrens Security Supervisor Competency Exam.
Preferred
5 years of service as a Security Officer at Seattle Childrens
Valid Washington State Drivers License with a driving record acceptable to Risk Management
Completion of Wheelchair vehicle Training
Compensation Range
$71578.00 - $107366.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
