Job Description

Job Title Resourcing Manager

Division Human Resources

Department Resourcing and Talent

Team Resourcing

Salary - National (Edinburgh or Leeds) salary up to 90000 and London salary up to 95000 per annum (Salary offered will be based on skills and experience).

The Resourcing team supports our objectives by working with the business to attract identify and select the diversity of talent required to match our ambitions. Well achieve this by establishing a compelling employment brand engaging our hiring managers as talent champions and by building a best-in-class recruitment and onboarding experience.

The Resourcing team at the FCA sits in Human Resources alongside the Executive Resourcing Early Careers and Talent teams to form the Resourcing and Talent department. The FCA Resourcing & Talent department is passionate about getting the right people in the right roles at the right time to enable the FCA to meet its objectives.

What you will be doing

As the Resourcing Manager you will report to the Head of Resourcing and Talent. Your responsibilities will be:
