Rehabilitation Coordinator

  • Full time fixed term role until 17/09/2025
  • Geelong office location with flexible hybrid working
  • Offering a competitive starting base salary of $100868 super

About the role

The Rehabilitation Coordinator within the Initial Support team manages a portfolio of clients while the TAC is undertaking Needs Assessments to achieve client outcomes through identifying optimal claims management pathways. The role focuses early intervention strategies expectation setting and sound stakeholder engagement.

About the Team

This role sits within the Back to work Back to Health branch within the Back to Health Early Recovery team. You will be joining supportive and collaborative team who are focused on building good client outcomes and you will be supported by a Manager who is approachable and promotes a collaborative work environment.
