Senior Sales Account Executive
Summary and Objective:
The Senior Sales Account Executive will be a confident highly motivated results-driven individual who thrives as both a solo contributor and team contributor. The Senior Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the automotive dealership sector from securing appointments to closing high-value deals. The Senior Sales Account Executive will be versed in all facets of digital marketing possess an extensive network and deep understanding of the automotive industry at the tier 3 dealership level enabling them to effectively prospect audit current digital marketing strategies of dealerships deliver compelling pitches and close partners that align to iFrogs values.
Essential Functions:
Prospecting: Proactively identify and target new automobile dealership opportunities through industry connections market research and lead generation activities. This individual will not be afraid to pick-up the phone and or hop on a plane to get it done.
Needs Assessment & Audit: Conduct in-depth digital marketing audits for prospective dealerships identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver tailored high-impact sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value and ROI of our digital marketing solutions.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the automotive dealership landscape.
Deal Negotiation & Closure: Expertly negotiate terms and close new business deals consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline accurately forecasting sales and managing leads through the entire sales cycle.
Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of automotive industry trends digital marketing best practices and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular and accurate reports on sales activities pipeline status and performance metrics to C-Suite.
Solo Contributor: Operate effectively as an independent sales professional taking ownership of the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
Customer Advocacy: Act as an advocate for our clients ensuring their success and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Competencies:
Required education and experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience selling digital marketing solutions (e.g. SEM SEO Email Display Video CTV/OTT Social) direct to tier 3 automotive dealerships.
Comfortable with quotas.
Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Technology or a related field.
Skilled at identifying and engaging key decision-makers.
Skilled in all facets of digital marketing including strategy and execution.
Proven ability to adapt communication style to various personas (e.g. Owner/Operator GM GSM Director) and effectively communicate cross-organizationally
Highly skilled in listening organizing communicating and persuading.
Pay Range:
Base Pay Range:$95000 - $105000 -The pay range for a successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
Total Anticipated Target Pay Range: $182750 - $270500 inclusive of target incentives. These numbers include commission which could vary more or less.
