How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Company / Activity: Air Liquides Large Industries business line supplies gas and energy solutions to customers in the metals chemicals refining and energy industries which are essential for their own core businesses to improve process efficiency and to make their plants more environmentally friendly.
Mission: Guaranteeing the deployment in his/her perimeter of the maintenance strategy defined by the Central Maintenance Team while integrating local constraints.
Scope: Plants of South Iberia Region
Duties & Accountabilities:
Safety and Compliance: Responsible for safety in maintenance execution and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strategy and Methods: Deploys the maintenance strategy coordinates activities during incidents and ensures compliance with QHSE and IMS rules. Also responsible for CMMS Asset PM and WO.
Maintenance Management: Accountable for maintenance execution supports daily maintenance ensures TAR (Turnaround) completion supports troubleshooting is the technical leader for RCA supervises the team and manages the maintenance budget.
Maintenance Process: Ensures proximity to sites through frequent visits monitors process effectiveness provides feedback manages the maintenance budget and TARs.
Customer Management: Collaborates on long-term planning and implementation of modifications/actions.
Project Management: Contributes to defining needs manages projects and is responsible for technical solution choices.
Spare Parts: Ensures spare parts are ready for use and conducts audits.

Education:Industrial Engineering Degree / Master in Maintenance and/or Project Management
Working Experience: 10-15 years of maintenance or reliability management experience within the Oil & Gas or Chemical industry.
Technical Knowledge: Mastering Operation Troubleshooting Practising Digital Tools Practising Industrial IT Leading Smart Maintenance Practicing Efficiency Mgt Leading Project Mgt
Languages: English Fluent is a need. French is a plus.
