Job Description
INSIDE SALES / SHIPPER AND RECEIVER
Roofmart isa major Canadian distributor of residential commercial Roofingand Sidingproducts with over 50 locations across Canada.
Customers first point of contact when they are shopping in-store or calling the branch. Picking preparing and loading purchased product on to the Company truck or customers truck.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
- The customers first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch
- Completing sales transactions daily banking reconciliation reports and purchasing
- Required to pick prepare and load purchased product on to the Company truck or load the customers truck
- Required to offload and put away product that is delivered to the branch
- Responsible for the safe and efficient movement and storage of the product while at the facility
- Lifting 80lbs and operate a lift truck.
- Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Demonstrating excellent customer service and strong communication skills as you interact directly with customers
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- College diploma and/or 3 or more years of Warehouse and Forklift Experience
- 3 or more years of successful retail business accounting or sales experience
- Valid Forklift License - an asset (training can be provided)
- Ability to lift push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset

Le rle du titulaire consistera agir comme premier point de contact pour les clients qui se trouvent lintrieur du magasin ou qui appellent la succursale ainsi qu choisir prparer et charger le produit achet dans le camion de lentreprise ou du client.

EN VOUS JOIGNANT NOUS VOUS:
- Agirez comme premier point de contact pour les clients qui se trouvent lintrieur du magasin ou qui appellent la succursale
- Effectuerez les transactions de vente les rapports quotidiens de rapprochement bancaire et les achats
- Choisirez prparerez et chargerez le produit dans le camion de lentreprise ou le camion du client
- Dchargerez et rangerez les produits livrs la succursale
- Vous chargerez du dplacement et du stockage scuritaire et efficace du produit ltablissement
- Soulverez 80lb et conduirez un chariot lvateur
- Vous assurerez que lentrept est propre et bien rang
- Dmontrerez de solides comptences en matire de communication lors de vos interactions directes avec les clients
LE CANDIDAT IDAL POSSDE:
- Un diplme dtudes collgiales et/ou 3 ans ou plus dexprience en entrept et sur un chariot lvateur
- 3ans ou plus dexprience concluante dans le domaine du commerce de dtail des affaires de la comptabilit ou de la vente
- Un permis dopration de chariot lvateur valide (formation possible)
- La capacit de soulever de pousser et de transporter de 80 100livres de faon rpte
- De solides comptences en matire de service la clientle
- La connaissance du secteur de la rfection de toitures un atout
