What you will be doing in this role
Were looking for a skilled and dedicated Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years experience specifically in hybrid vascular surgeries to join our high-performing perioperative team full-time Monday to Friday. In this specialised role youll work alongside expert surgeons in our advanced hybrid operating theatres supporting complex vascular procedures while ensuring a safe efficient and patient-focused environment.
Youll be responsible for maintaining a sterile field anticipating surgical needs and actively contributing to team-based care. A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is essential as is the flexibility to participate in the on-call roster. Who were looking for:
- Youll have current AHPRA registration as an RN
- Youll have a minimum of 2 years experience as a scrub/scout within hybrid vascular surgeries
- Youll have an elevated level of empathy and strong emotional intelligence.
- Youll be an exceptional communicator (both verbally and written) with demonstrated experience professionally communicating with patients their families and colleagues.
- Youll have the flexibility to work in a full time role Monday Friday.
- Youll be available to participate in the on call roster as required
- Youll have full Australian working rights
