Whats the role
As the Associate Strategic Initiatives within Westpacs Corporate and Institutional Banking team youll help bring strategic initiatives to life across Lending Trade Asset Finance and Structured Finance. Sitting within the Debt Products team youll support the full project lifecycle - coordinatingplans aligning stakeholders and ensuring clear communication to drive progress. Day to day youll help prioritise and deliver projects craft business cases and support working group updates. Youll also review project artefacts ensure smooth handovers into BAU and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone located in Sydney who thrives on collaboration loves solving complex problems and wants to make a real impact in a fast-moving high-stakes environment.
