Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Supplier Onboarding Specialist to manage and support onboarding processes for Freight Auction partners. This role involves guiding suppliers through client onboarding systems ensuring timely progression and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier onboarding customer engagement and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary onboarding contact managing multiple onboarding processes and guiding suppliers through USPS systems.
Lead new Freight Auction partners through the CLEAR platform educating them on features and functionality.
Ensure timely and successful onboarding by proactively addressing challenges and focusing on time-to-value.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product managers and support teams to deliver effective solutions.
Support enterprise testing efforts for Blue Yonder USPS Clear Team and Transportation Solutions initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Requires 4 years of experience in supplier onboarding customer success or related systems support roles.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience managing large-scale supplier onboarding programs (100 partners).
Proficiency with the CLEAR platform and familiarity with USPS onboarding systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to escalate and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Experience supporting enterprise-level testing and cross-functional project coordination.
