Shaker Lane Elementary School Grades PreK-2Shaker Lane is dedicated to building a safe caring and ready-to-learn should embrace this philosophy when applying. Provide coverage for staff absences across all PreK-2 classrooms Unified ArtsTeachers ESPs. Create a collaborative and nurturing environment for students to learn and takerisks Follow clear objectives for all lessons units and projects and communicate thoseobjectives to students as written by the teacher Guide and counsel students with adjustment and/or academic problems Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communicateeffectively and respectfully with students families and staff. Collaborates well with colleagues of diverse backgrounds on pedagogicalapproaches to support students Other duties assigned by the building administration
