Job Description:-
We are looking for an experiencedFacility Managerto oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security parking cleaning catering IT CCTV Access System EPABX System..
Supervising teams of staff including cleaning maintenance and security.
Ensuring that basic facilities such as water ROs DG Set Fire Hydrant Fire Fighting system (Panel and associated fittings) including Fire extinguisher Air Conditioning are well-maintained.
Managing maintenance and staffing budgets.
Arrangement of Office Stationery for Staff
Inspecting and repairing electrical or plumbing problems.
Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments.
Upkeeping of Office Surroundings including Garden maintenance
Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meethealth and safety standards.
Inspecting buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
Well-organized andable to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.
The goal is to ensure our businesss accommodation (Crew Flat) is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.
Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications heat electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meethealth and safety standards.
Inspectbuildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
Review utilities consumption and strive tominimize costs.
Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians technicians groundskeepers etc.) andexternal contractors!
Control activities like parking space allocation waste disposal buildingsecurity etc.
Allocate office space according to needs.
Handle insurance plans and service contracts
Managing Travel Desk (Ticketing Car Hire Hotel Accommodation VISA FRRO registration) and other associated tasks.
Coordination with local authority (MIDC MSEDCL MPCB etc)
Any other task as assigned by Management.
Skills
Proven experience as an admin & facilities manager or a relevant position
7 to 9 years of Total Experience with aminimum of5 years of relevant experience in admin and facility management work
Experience ofa minimum of4 to 5 years in a team-leading role.
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Good analytical/critical thinking
Fluent in English language verbal and written.
Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Package) and Database Management
BSc/BA in facility management engineering business administration or relevant field
Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage.

HSE Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPEs Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe To be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so
