Your role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in aligning human resources practices with our business goals. In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary HR point of contact for business leaders fostering strong partnerships that drive organizational HR Partnership: Build strong relationships with stakeholders align HR with business goals and act as the main HR contact.

- Employee Experience & Relations: Promote a positive work environment through fair employee relations engagement and communication.
- Compensation Benefits & Compliance: Support competitive rewards programs and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Organizational Development & HR Insights: Contribute to change management continuous improvement and data-driven HR decisions.
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- minimum 3-4 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Open to move to our locations (region of Wojewdztwo Lubuskie)
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to understand the link between HR initiatives and business outcomes.
