Job Description

Job Summary: The Call Center Fulfillment Specialist plays a key role in supporting members by processing service requests assisting with account-related inquiries and handling all incoming and outgoing mail. This position also provides operational support to other Virtual Branch Services teams including the Personal Teller Center and Online Branch Solutions. The role blends exceptional customer service with back-office efficiency to ensure a seamless and positive member experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail for the Contact Center including regular and expedited request.
  • Maintain organized and efficient printing and mailing stations.
  • Process member service-related forms and complete letter requests.
  • Handle and resolve internal and member research requests.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Collect organize and deliver printed documents for Personal Teller Center staff.
  • Scan and archive daily essential documents for the Personal Teller Center.
  • Mail member notices and documents on behalf of the Personal Teller Center
  • Maintain monthly retention of essential and non-essential documents for the Personal Teller Center.
  • Stay current on credit union products services policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance member satisfaction and promote relevant financial products or services.
  • Adhere to all security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling member information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 12 years of experience in a financial institution call center or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in core banking systems CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Bondable

Pay Range:$19-$22/hr plus 3% annual target bonus. The estimated hiring range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons.
