Manulife Investment Management (MIM) is the global wealth and asset management segment of Manulife Financial Corporation. MIMs global real estate (GRE) platform provides investment solutions globally as part of its comprehensive private markets capabilities offering core core-plus and value-add strategies.
MIMs GRE team leverages its global platform and regional market knowledge to identify opportunities and drive results for its clients. As of December 31 2024 its sustainably operated platform includes 90 million square feet of office industrial retail and multifamily assets located across Canada the United States and the Asia Pacific region with approximately $20 billion USD of real estate (500 properties). The team is expanding its capabilities to meet evolving market opportunities building a strong and diverse global culture as an entrepreneurial investment manager.
MIM is seeking an Analyst US Asset Management to play a key role within the growing platform. The Asset Management team is responsible for creating and driving the business plans for assets across the portfolios of MIMs clients. The Analyst will support primarily East Coast assets and is responsible for complex financial modeling and analysis production of investment memorandums and supporting asset management and transactions teams. The Analyst will work closely with Asset Managers on leasing property management capital projects and valuations while gaining exposure to the Transactions and Capital Markets teams through acquisitions dispositions and refinancings of assets within the region. This role requires an individual who can bring enthusiasm each day to the workplace and demonstrate an ability to handle workload management and can perform during high pressure situations related to deadlines. The position reports directly to a Director US Asset Management and this position will sit in the Atlanta GA office.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial analysis and support for asset-level decision-making and transactions.
Support asset-level business plans and valuation models.
Support Asset Manager in oversight of leasing property management and capital projects.

Salary range is expected to be between
$76000.00 USD - $127000.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
