Essential Functions Statement(s)
Program Coordination and Implementation
Coordinate all aspects of the Gateway to Gold summer program including logistics for meals transportation housing and classroom support.
Lead the planning and delivery of orientation and training sessions for campers parents community-based partners and program staff.
Ensure implementation of the programs risk management and youth safety protocols.
Serve as an on-site program contact during summer camp operations.
Communications and Outreach
Serve as a point of contact for families schools and community partners.
Assist in marketing and recruitment efforts by helping develop communication materials managing outreach lists and coordinating with partner organizations.
Maintain regular and responsive communication with stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up.
Staff and Student Support
Oversee the daily needs of student participants and provide support during academic and social programming.
Program Monitoring and Evaluation
Assist in the collection and tracking of student parent/guardian and staff evaluations.
Provide logistical and administrative support for the preparation of internal and external reports.
Administrative and Budget Support
Monitor program supply needs track expenses and support financial documentation related to grant reporting.
Maintain program calendars scheduling and accurate records of participation.
Other Duties
Support campus collaborations related to enrollment and student success.
Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with the goals of the Gateway to Gold initiative.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelors degree (B. A.) required.
Experience: Two (2) years experience supporting youth or education-focused programs preferably in a college or nonprofit setting. Experience in education youth development higher education or community engagement preferred.
Communication/Language: Strong: Ability to read analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
Math Ability: Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and virtual meeting platforms.
Other Requirements:
