Project Support & Change Management 45%
Support or co-lead high-impact projects aimed at improving recruiting workflows systems and experience.
Develop project timelines documentation and change plans to support successful rollout.
Contribute to TA transformation efforts by supporting adoption training and team enablement.
Assist in communication planning for new tools processes or operational updates.
System & Process Optimization 27%
Serve as a Workday Recruitment SME troubleshooting issues supporting testing and surfacing optimization opportunities.
Maintain and improve internal SOPs process documentation and recruiter enablement toolkits.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage access configurations and system-related inquiries.
Reporting Analytics & Audits 25%
Run audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of job requisitions in Workday.
Build and refine reports and summaries for operational and strategic decision-making.
Conduct sourcing and market research to support recruiting insights and talent planning.
Vendor & Admin Support 8%
Monitor shared Talent Operations inboxes and ensure timely support for recruiter queries.
Track and process vendor invoices; liaise with Accounts Payable as needed.
Support relationship management and troubleshooting with third-party vendors (e.g. job boards background check providers).
Must-Have Qualifications:
35 years in Talent Operations or as an HR Generalist with exposure to systems and strategic project work.
Experience leading and/or contributing to TA projects and programs
Experience working with Workday.
Analytical skills with comfort in reporting auditing and Excel-based tracking.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to self-manage prioritize and operate with high attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Familiarity with change management communications or process documentation.
Previous exposure to vendor partnerships or TA-related procurement.
Knowledge of both Canadian and U.S. recruitment environments.
Location Requirement:
This hybrid role requires four days/week onsite at our Vaughan ON office during the initial onboarding phase. Friday is work from home!
