Position Summary:
The Epic Analyst I is responsible for assisting in the implementation configuration and basic support of Epic applications across various modules such as Revenue Cycle Inpatient Ambulatory Procedural and Ancillary. This role collaborates with clinical and operational teams to learn business workflows troubleshoot basic issues and support end-user training.
Educational:
Bachelors degree in health informatics Information Systems Clinical Healthcare or a related field is preferred.
Epic Certification:
Required upon hire
