About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join the Levis Human Resources team at our Paris office. In this role you will provide HR support to our Corporate employees as well as employees across our Retail network and Department Stores throughout France.
This is a one-year fixed-term position (CDD) starting in June or July 2025.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
Manage the full contractual process including drafting employment contracts amendments and various HR letters (e.g. probation assignment certificates).
Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Track and manage HR requests using our ticketing system (ServiceNow).
Coordinate HR invoice management in collaboration with our HR apprentice.
Employee Relations & Legal
Assist with the preparation of Works Council meetings (e.g. drafting invitations agendas and reports).
Support the management of disciplinary procedures including drafting letters and maintaining case records.
HR Development
Contribute to performance management and professional development processes (e.g. annual reviews career interviews working time monitoring for managers).
Support the implementation of the training plan including logistics tracking registrations and liaising with training providers.
HR Projects & Process Optimisation
Help update and optimize HR tools and resources particularly on internal platforms and the intranet.
Monitor HR KPIs and reports to support the broader HR team.
Assist in organizing employee representative elections.
Provide support for organizational restructuring projects.
About You
Masters degree (Bac4/5) in Human Resources or a related field.
Previous experience through an internship or work-study program preferably with exposure to HR administration and processes. Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
Strong foundational knowledge of French Labour Law.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Service-oriented mindset with a collaborative team-player approach.
Proficiency in IT tools (Excel HRIS systems etc.).
Strong communication skills in both French and English.
