Were hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in Spain supporting one of the worlds most iconic automotive brands.
What Youll Do
- Provide professional support via multiple channels such as phone chat and other communication platforms.
- Guide customers through their purchase and post-purchase journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solutions.
- Update databases accurately and professionally.
- Offer tailored product suggestions and support.
- Adapt to change and support all tasks as needed for smooth service delivery.
- Be the friendly voice of a world-class brand.

- Availability for 4 weeks of full-time training (MonFri 9:0017:15).
