About the Role
Reports to: Head of Learning & Development
Location: Any NDS office but Melbourne ideally
Position Purpose
This role is responsible for contributing to the effective delivery of high-quality learning and development (L&D) programs that build organisational capability and support excellence in service delivery for the disability sector. Working collaboratively with the Head of Learning and Development the position provides coordination stakeholder engagement and performance reporting across a range of L&D initiatives.
The role supports the organisations commercial sustainability by assisting the Head of L&D to ensure L&D programs are strategically aligned cost-effective and demonstrate measurable value to stakeholders. In doing so it plays a critical role in strengthening workforce capability and achieving high-quality outcomes for people with disability
