Abound Health is seeking a Regional Manager to join our growing leadership team. In this role you will oversee regional operations provide clinical supervision and ensure high-quality services for individuals receiving Innovations Waiver or State-Funded Services. This is a full-time salaried exempt position reporting to our Executive Leadership Team. The position is based remotely within your assigned region with regular travel required to offices client homes and community settings.

Travel Requirements:
This role requires regular monthly travel throughout the assigned region to Abound Health administrative offices MCO administrative offices client homes and community events. A valid drivers license safe driving record reliable transportation and current auto insurance are required.

Base pay is determined by factors such as location experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes competitive health dental and wellness benefits beginning on your 60th day of employment.
