Job Description

Were currently looking for a dependable and detail-driven Service Warranty Clerk to help support our high-volume service department by ensuring timely and accurate processing of warranty claims.

What Youll Do:
Prepare review and submit manufacturer and vendor warranty claims with speed and accuracy
Verify all repair order documentation for compliance with warranty and policy guidelines
Track warranty receivables and ensure timely reimbursement through diligent follow-up
Partner with service advisors and technicians to gather required claim documentation
Maintain current knowledge of all OEM warranty guidelines and deadlines
Support the Service Manager and Controller with warranty accounting reporting and reconciliation
What Were Looking For:
Prior experience in a dealership or service office setting strongly preferred
Knowledge of warranty claim processing repair orders and manufacturer procedures
Familiarity with DMS platforms like Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK is a plus
Organized accurate and proactive with strong follow-through
Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and attention to detail
