Our team is searching for a Sr Data Engineer designing and developing data architectures in on-premises cloud and hybrid platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Azure Databricks Snowflake and Machine Learning to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable data pipelines as well as experience in large-scale data analysis machine learning and mathematical modeling. We collaborate on analysis architecture design and development of data warehouse and business analytics solutions. This role will mentor team members in efforts to build data their engineering skillsets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop data engineering solutions including data pipelines visualization and analytical tools
- Craft and develop data architectures in on-premises cloud and hybrid platforms
- Data wrangling of heterogeneous data exploration and discovery in pursuit of new business insights
- Actively contribute to the teams knowledge and drive new capabilities forward
- Mentor team members in efforts to build data their engineering skillsets
- Assist team management in defining projects including helping estimate plan and scope work
- Prepare and contribute to presentations required by management
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- 5 years developing cloud solutions using data series; experience with Azure in a cloud platform environment.
- Hands on experience with Databricks Snowflake and Machine Learning.
- Sophisticated knowledge and experience in building complex data pipelines with Python Experience in languages such as SQL DAX Python Java Scala and/or Go
- Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems
- Solid understanding of message queuing stream processing and highly scalable big data data stores
- Ability to lead work across multiple projects good interpersonal skills
- Passionate about learning new technologies
Education:
- Bachelors Degree Computer Engineering Computer Science a related subject area or equivalent experience

Base Pay Range: $105100 - $189600Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
