Job Order: Senior Project Manager Doors & Hardware
Location: San Francisco CA
Job Type: Full-Time On-site with local travel
Salary Range: $130000 $160000 (Base Bonus)
Reporting To: President
Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in the commercial door frame and hardware industry to manage up to $3M in annual projects. Ideal candidate is locally based hands-on and ready to step into a senior leadership role as a future pillar of the company.
Responsibilities:
Manage commercial projects from award through closeout
Produce submittals and coordinate purchasing
Collaborate with union installers and in-house rework shop
Conduct job site visits (12x weekly)
Assist with estimating on a limited basis
Engage with clients and potentially bring in new business
Requirements:
510 years in doors frames and hardware (DFH)
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment
Excellent client communication and on-site presence
Local candidates strongly preferred
Tools Used:
SpecWorks (hardware)
FileMaker (submittals)
No current formal PM software
Compensation Structure:
Target range: $130K$160K (Base Bonus)
Structure may be adjusted based on experience and value brought
