News & Government Monitoring: Spend half your day tracking industry news and reviewing city/county agendas to keep executives informed.
Phone Management: Answer and manage 50 calls per day (lines open 7:55 AM5:05 PM). Must answer promptly and professionally.
Reception & Office Support: Greet guests handle mail manage subscriptions maintain copiers and assist with general clerical tasks.
Filing: Handles the executive teams paper filing
