Job Description
The duties will include:
Handling more complex queries received by email and phone (process clarification and sharing the best practices within customer service area)
Make phone calls to suppliers/dealers to support Master Data
Answering general questions related to process specifics usage of tools and applications raised by other analysts
Performing trainings for newcomers/other team members
Daily allocation of tickets in different statuses: in progress pending update forwards.
Allocation of any pending queries when someone is off sick/absent from work.
Report Red lights and suggestions for backlog solutions
Allocation of tickets received back from Service Desk in India; if ticket has been reassigned incorrectly clarify the issue.
Run daily/weekly reports on time
Raising tickets for the tools outage
Reporting to SD Team Leaders operational quality and IT issues
Initiating improvements in Service Desk department (participation in White Belt projects process improvement initiatives)
Performing other tasks delegated by SD Team Leaders
We are looking for candidates with:
Fluent in English and German;
Good verbal and written communication skills including rapport building;
Good organizational and analytical skills;
Problem solving and decision-making skills;
Highly motivated proactive and flexible;
Can work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
MS Office knowledge/skills
