At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement CRM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes enhance customer satisfaction and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the TPM team you work on client engagement teams executing SAP Trade Promotions Excellence projects. As a Manager you supervise develop and coach teams manage client service accounts and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-tier deliverables. You engage in process and system design program management and collaborate with the Trade Promotions Excellence team in PwC Acceleration Center across engagements maintaining project quality standards through KPI/metrics.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 10 years of experience with 10-14 years of experience preferred in trade promotions excellence having led at least 2 project lifecycles
- Oral and written proficiency in English necessary
What Sets You Apart
- Experience with consulting teams in trade promotion excellence
- Experience working with large teams and delivering long-term engagements
- Hands-on experience building planning models using BW Integrated planning
- Experience in writing FOX and custom planning functions
- Specialist in planning query building using BeX Query Designer
- Significant experience on ABAP with proficiency in writing custom extractors
- Advanced knowledge and skills in BW on HANA development
- Experience in handling integration between multiple systems for reporting
- Experience with SAP HANA Programming including SQL and SQL Scripts
