Role - Lead BSA / Sr BSA
Experinece - 4-8 years of experience working in audience planning role
Location - Bnagalore (Hybrid)
Qualification: Minimum bachelors degree
Preferrable worked on any audience building tools in the past like Audience Manager or Salesforce Audience Builder

Develop and manage audience segments in CDP system
Translate campaign objectives into actionable audience definitions.
Partner with analytics and data teams to access and interpret audience insights.
Work with campaign managers to define and implement audience testing strategies (e.g. A/B testing cohort analysis).
Build and manage audience lists in platforms ( Picasso)
Ensure proper integration and functionality across marketing automation and CRM systems.
Establish and maintain naming conventions and documentation for audience management.
Align segmentation practices with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA etc.)
Monitor audience performance metrics and provide insights to optimize targeting effectiveness.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to audience engagement and conversion.
Basic SQL knowledge
Understanding of activation using media platforms like DV360 Facebook Business etc.
Good Communication and analytical skills
Preferrable advanced SQL Knowledge
Ability to work with 3P data sources in a compliant manner
