A highly successful traditional estate agency is seeking an experienced and professional Head of Residential Sales for a pivotal role within the company.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales / Branch Manager or a strong Assistant Sales Manager with excellent listing skills to progress in their career. The ideal candidate will be ready to step into a leadership role spotting business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced independent estate agency environment.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a residential sales team
- Conduct valuations and listings for properties
- Spot and seize business opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards
- Support team development and mentor staff
- Oversee the sales process from start to finish ensuring client satisfaction
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Extensive experience in property sales and estate agency
- Proven ability to conduct valuations and listings
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team
- Smart well-presented articulate and ambitious
- Knowledge of the local market (desirable)
- Full driving licence required
- Ability to provide top-tier service and be a team player
